Refunds for all design and printing services will be governed by the signed contract.

Cards Via Artfire

Payment must be received before an item is shipped. Online payments are expected within 3 days, and check or money orders should be postmarked within 3 days of purchase. If prompt payment is not received, the item may be sold elsewhere. (If you are mailing payment, please let us know when you have sent it.) RETURNS Handmade Paper Goods: Handmade paper cards and bags are returnable within 3 days. (Return package must be postmarked within 3 days of original receipt.) Goods must be in original condition with all original packaging. Once we receive the materials in proper condition, we will issue a refund, minus shipping and handling. Refunds are available via paypal only, regardless of the original funding used. Custom & Digital Sales: All custom & digital sales are final. CARDS Customer is responsible for noting the weight of cards and using appropriate postage. The cards are handmade, and shades and patterns may slightly vary. Cards are usually shipped within 3 business days of payment clearing. If you place a large order that will take longer to process, we will contact you before proceeding. If you need a rush order, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate. YOU Overall, we want to make you happy.
